Family Mediation

When a decision is made to divorce or separate, I can facilitate by helping partners to communicate and to negotiate fair settlements. I can help you and your ex to find solutions that meet your needs and those of your children. Together we can determine which decisions need to be made to untie the knot and clarify the details specific to your family's situation.

Mediation sessions can be by videoconference or in person in Beaconsfield, Québec

The Quebec Minister of justice subsidy program provides for:
5 free hours for separating couples with children
3 free hours for separating couples without children
2.5 free hours for review after judgment.
After the free hours, the standard rate is $130 per hour, plus taxes, as determined by the Quebec Ministry of Justice.
